Welcome to my blog!

My name is Jennifer, but everyone knows me as Jennie. As a photographer, I think it's very important to know your client, but I also think when choosing your photographer it is equally important to know a little bit about them. Here is a little info to help you get to know me a little better.

I'm a Christian: I would not be where I am today without the grace of God. God's providential plan for my life has put me where I am today, and I could not be more grateful. I am actively involved in my church. My husband is the Student Ministries Director and it is the joy of my life to work along beside him with the youth of our church.

I am a wife: I've been married for two and a half years. My husband is the driving force behind the business. Although he doesn't shoot with me, he is the one that pushes me to excel in everything I do, to work harder, and to never give up.

I am a mother: If you follow my blog regularly, you will hear a lot about my beautiful daughter, Ashlyn. Ashlyn is my greatest inspiration as a photographer. She inspires me to work harder at capturing the best images possible.

I have a GIGANTIC list of favorites. I won't bore you with listing every one of my favorite things, but for the sake of getting to know me I'll list just a few.

Diet coke - Yes! I'm the person you look at strange because I just super sized my meal from McDonalds and then added a diet coke.

I love any combo of chocolate and peanut butter. My new favorite is Dove with peanut butter.

A few of my favorites stores are Office Depot, Walgreens, and the Dollar Tree. (I know you are probably thinking Geek/Cheapie. Yep, It's true!!:)

I love shopping at a good second hand store. I feel like it is gigantic treasure hunt, and I never know what I'm going to find. (Second hand stores are also my number one spot to find good props.)

I LOVE everything by Apple. I don't know how I survived before I got my IMac.

I love observing people. I could sit in a mall or an airport for hours just watching people. I try to figure out their whole life story just by looking at them.

My future car is a Range Rover:)

My dream job is... Photography. I appreciate each and every past client as well as each future client that comes way. You help make my dream a reality.
